Zero clearance allows you to install an insert wood heater into any home, without any major structural changes. A Maxiheat Zero Clearance box has two layers which allows the air flow to pass through which in turn reducing temperatures to a safe level, so it can be installed into cavity made from combustible materials, such as a timber frame shown in the example below.
It is strongly recommended that a certified/qualified installer perform the installation.
